Another AP Question...

I have a two day ticket that I will use this Sunday and Monday. I am thinking of upgrading to an AP. Do I have to wait until the ticket is used for the first time or can it be upgraded the night before (I'd like to be able to use the discount at Storytellers that night)? Thanks for all the help!

The first day of the AP and the date which it expires next year will be the date you do the upgrade, even if you don't enter the parks. As long as you weren't planning to use it 1 year from Sunday (if you're not going to renew) or Sunday or Monday aren't blocked for the level AP you're upgrading to, then it doesn't make a difference when you do the upgrade.

Thanks so much for the point regarding blackout dates! Not sure if I would have thought of that.....
So, just to clarify, I CAN upgrade if the ticket has not yet been used in a park?

Yes you CAN I did it in August.
