Can I buy AP's in person for my daughters when I am at WDW next month, but not activate them until January? I know if I do this online it's fine, but didn't know if in person they are activated right away no matter what.

You can purchase Exchange Certificates (aka vouchers) at any Park Ticket Window or Guest Relations location.

Since your signature indicates they are over 18, they will need photo ID and proof that they live at your address. Your son at age 15 will not need ID

They should be able to purchase Exchange Certificates without needing ID. The ID would be needed when they exchange the certificates for the actual passes.

Thank you both! I am actually planning to renew my 15 year old sons AP that he currently has when we are there. None of our kids are going with us in November, but all 3 are going on our next trip in January. So, I will plan to buy Exchange Certificates for my girls. They will have ID with them in January. Are the certificates those green cards that I got in the mail previously when I bought AP's from home?
