Another Annual Pass / Ticket Question

I have been trying to get through to Disney on the phone and there seems to be a problem with the phone system.

We have Annual Passes and I plan on renewing them this August. I also have a two day park hopper ticket for each of my family. Can I use those tickets to offset some of the cost of my renewal? If so how do I go about doing that?
