There was not resort in 2006 so no 2006 points. You would get these at any other DVC resort (based on availability). You will only get 2007 points for as long as the units that will open in 2007 (phase 1) are not sold out. If you wait until May/June you may be buying a phase 2 2008 unit.

When I talked to my guide 10 days ago she said February and August use years were getting low for 2007 points. We have an April use year which still had a good inventory. I just wanted to let you know. I really wanted to get 2007 points so we went ahead and added on last Saturday even though she said we had plenty of time. I didn't know what would happen when sales opened to the public. Best wishes.
