Okay, I was just reading another thread regarding add-ons. DH and I are looking to add on 100 SSR points. Is the price per point $91? Also, are there any closing fees?
We had found a 100pt contract at Timeshare store. It was for $85 a pt, 48 2006 pts remain, with closing , dues, the end price would be $9309.00
If we purchase 100 pts thru DVC @ $91 = $9100. all 2006 pts available. If the closing fees are roughly $300 that would be $9400.00 Only $90. difference and I wouldn't have to worry about ROFR, points would be in our acct. immediately, etc. Right??? I guess I would have to add the MF for 07 into this price as well which would be *I don't know* $300 or so, I guess that could bump it up to $9700.00
Am I making sense or do I have it all wrong? I've got a call into our guide but he won't be in until Monday and I would like to be able to discuss this w/ DH over the weekend and call Timeshare store or DVC on Monday.
How much do you think it would cost to add-on thru DVC for 100 pts. @ SSR.
Thanks for any help.
