Anondized griddle and pans

Really no better then Tephlon or similar non/low stick pans. Honestly, the best pans you can buy are straight stainless steel, but of a high quality. All Clad is a perfect example, sure they may be marginally more difficult to clean for certain things that stick really good, but you will never need to buy another set of pans if you take care of them.

I have made peanut brittle in our pans and that stuff is probably worst then burnt eggs when it comes to getting stuck, but after soaking for 5 minutes in hot water and then using some Barkeepers Friend, all was better.

Most anodized pots and pans aren't dishwasher safe. So if that's important, check out "technique" from QVC, which also comes with a lifetime warranty, I love mine. Not sure how good the calphalon anodized are, but a friend has calphalon stainless and loves them...

I had Calphalon anodize. Notice I said had. I hated them. When we recently renovated our kitchen I replaced with Cuisinart Mutliclad stainless. LOVE THEM.

OP here - I am a fan of stainless, hubby was interested in the anodized but I will let him know that you didn't like them.

I have two Calphalon anodized frypans... love them. Cook things so evenly and clean like a breeze. Would like more but kind of pricey... :rolleyes1

Do eggs stick real bad on these pans? How about making pancakes.
Been using stainless for this and not working out too good.
