We are headed down to WDW tomorrow & our passes explore on the 31st. I know we can't renew online but was wondering if we can renew in person at guest services while we are there.

You could have renewed on the phone, but sure you can just do it there tomorrow. I'd renew the first thing of the whole trip. That should be a lesson learned from the other AP shenanigans.

Yes, just bring your photo ID and your MagicMobile digital card showing “DVC Y” (or print out the temporary card from the member website) to any GR office — at DS outside or inside any park, or even the Official Ticket Office in DS across from the GR there. And your credit card, of course!

Thank you. I just checked my email & I received a reminder to renew & it also mentioned I could do this at guest services. One less time on hold!
