I recived two books from Jessica Brogley. She sent me a Amish country cookbook plus a Hershey,Pennsylvania cookbook. Can't wait to look them over. THANKS A BUNCH!!

I am glad that you liked them! I live in Reading, Pa right in the middle of Amish Country and Chocolate World. The Amish book was recommended by many co-workers and my father, I highly recommend trying the recipes for dinner or sit down meals. It you get a chance, look up the recipe for Shoo-Fly Pie if they don’t have it in the book for some extra PA flavoring.

The Hershey book is great and it is from Hershey’s Chocolate World right near the factory and amusement park. Of course there is a lot you can do with chocolate but let me know how it works out!
