*4 red, white and blue placemats (will keep, either I will use them or one of the kids)
*Christmas stocking.....aqua with white flowers, hot pink and a huge jewel. That might wait for the next stocking exchange
*cute resin black bear wearing a sweater with a snowflake on it holding a snowflake clip picture holder....keep or put in one of the girls stockings next year
*Bath and body works shower gels.......definite keepers!! Irresistible apple and rainkissed leaves.
* skull decorated pencil bag......not keeping
* dog puppet.....not keeping
* 3 sheets of Pooh stationery in envelopes.....keep and send exchange notes with them
* 2010 black planner.....pass it on....soon

I got a HUGE box today from Christine (Minnie&Nana)!

Two pillar candles - these will make a nice home on my buffet!
A set of honora earrings - very pretty and will make a good gift since I don't have pierced ears.
Lavender Rosemary Soap and Lotion - Will use these in my guest bathroom
Snowman/Winter socks - I love fun socks!
A Cinnamon Flameless Candle - Will give to my mom since she only uses these and not real candles. She'll love it.
White Chocolate Snowmen - My DH has already snacked on these
All You Need is Love CD
Brown and Tan Scarf - I think I know a good home for this
and my favorite - Two bars of Italian Handmade Soap - I really love the cinnamon one! The whole box smelled like cinnamon(well, cinnamon and lavendar ) so I'm thinking of just setting it out for a while and taking in the smell Yum!

You're welcome! I figured that if you couldn't use what I sent you, then you would find a good home for them. I received the placemats in an exchange years ago and have just never used them. Also the stationery. As far as the skull bag, I think I got that in last years regift exchange.

I'm delighted you are enjoying several items and knew just who to give the rest to - that's a pretty successful exchange! There was nothing I didn't like (well, okay, so maybe I didn't really love the scarf ), just did not have use for them right now and rather not store it away.

Question - what is a Magi Box?

It's like a Samaritan's Purse box. I don't know if you are familar with it either. It's where you get a shoebox and fill it with goodies for children that might not get a Christmas. You pick the age group and sex of the child you want it to go to. If you use a regular shoebox, you wrap the outside with Christmas wrap. I prefer to use the plastic shoeboxes since they would last longer. The Samaritan Purse shoeboxes go to children in other countries but I think that the Magi boxes also go to children here in the states.
