Annual Power Pass ? Have blackout dates Dec. 24-31 ever been lifted

Normally we dont travel during Christmas Holidays, but we just extended our trip to Dec. 31st and my 2 DS's have the Power Pass. I have the PAP.

I think I've read that US had lifted the blackout for Spring break before so wondering if they have ever done it for Christmas week.

I seriously doubt they will lift it. You could check on upgrading the seasonal passes to regular annual passes.
