I've finally decided to go ahead and purchase annual passports for our visit in November. I've weighed up the benefits of staying on and off-site and have come to the conclusion that staying off-site and purchasing annual passports is better value for us as a family :)

I'll probably be buying the Dream passports from CE Multiavantages (two adult passed and one child) as there are no blockout dates. Some of our dates in November are blocked out for the other passes.

We are spending a week in Vincennes in August which is just 30 minutes to Marne-la-Vallee on the RER. We were not intending to visit DLP as we are going in November but it would be rude not to visit for a day ;) It also means we can sort of the annual passports in August ahead of our November visit.

Can anybody talk me through the process of exchanging the temporary passports at DLP? Where do you show the temporary passports to get in the park? Can they be used for extra magic hours or would they have to be exchanged first?

Apologies for the many questions but just want some reassurance

Hi, when I bought mine in march this year the temp ones came looking like a day pass. When we got to the park we just put them through the machine at the gates (jus like you would with a day pass) once in the park head towards the castle, to the right of the castle there is the passport office. Take your passports with you. The whole process was very quick and easy. Once it was our turn we handed over our temp passes our passports and I wrote down our address on a bit of paper. Five mins later we had our photos taken, then within a few minutes we were handed our passes with photo on :) you just use them the same as a normal day pass. With the dream passes you get 20% discount in the shops too :) not to sure about the emh but I can't see why you wouldn't be able to use it. Hope that helps :)

We've just exchanged our temp passes bought through CE Multiadvantages for full passes and had to wait on the first day until park opening for the general public, they wouldn't let us have EMH until we had exchanged for the full pass.
