Annual Passport information

Hello,

For those of you who ordered your Annual Passports through the post, about how long did it take to receive them?

Also, is the Francilien the same as the Proximity Pass and only for local residents? I read this on a website just monents ago.

I can help with the second part. The Francilien is available to everyone, not just local residents, but can't be used on the 2nd or 3rd day after purchase. I'm not sure, but I would take this to also mean that even if you were to purchase your passes in advance, you wouldn't be able to use it on the 2nd or 3rd day after it has been activated.
