What is the trick to see the annual passholder page on the Disney website? I keep getting the stitch ate the page message.

Same here. We bought APs Saturday and I've been curious to see what it was that Stitch ate.

Keep trying different Browsers until you find one that works-it really is "embarrassing" for Disney.

I keep clearing the cookies- it works for a little while then I have to do it again. I've tried Firefox, Google, and Internet Explorer. I can't get any of them to work consistently.

Stand on your head, stick out your tongue and scratch your toes. That's about it, I've never been able to make it work all the time, it's hit and miss for me and I've had an AP for about 5 years. Sometimes it plays better with Foxfire and if you clear all your cookies and sign in incognito.

The trick is to just wait. Their entire site sucks. If it were any other company, their online sales would suffer.

Using an incognito tab though Chrome always works for me. I get Stitch every time using Safari.

I can't seem to get any browser to work consistently either. Today it's working on my work computer on chrome. At home I only have Explorer and couldn't get it to work all weekend.

OK, I am NOT techie by any means, what is this????

It's a private browsing mode through Google Chrome, so it doesn't store your history or cookies once you close the browser. I had read that cookies are typically what cause the problems on the passholder section on Disney's site, so using the incognito tab prevents Stitch from appearing! You can just delete cookies from your usual browser, and this will usually work for a little while, but (at least in my experience) the cookies have to be repeatedly deleted every so often.

I have the most success from my iPhone. Two different computers and 4 different browsers have proven to be spotty at best.

Edit: Thanks to the poster above. I tried Private browsing with Firefox and was able to access the AP section. I never thought to try that.
