Annual Passholder question

I will be getting an AP for the first time. I know the AP rates are not out for September when I am going to WDW...
1. When will they come out, 3 months before?
2. Do I book a room now and then apply the AP rate when it comes out?
3. Do I need a voucher or something? I want to get my AP closer to my vacation.
4.If I do book a room, where is the best place to call CRO or WDW?

1. I don't know exactly when.
2. Go ahead and book the room. Just tell them you have the AP.
3. You don't need it to book. Just need to have it when you check in, in case they ask for it.

1. Go to www.mousesavers.com for AP discounts as they come out.

3. Go ahead and order your AP. They will send a voucher (hard plastic card like a credit card). You will have to activate it once you get to WDW. It will be good for one year from activation.
