Hi guys

Me and DH are planning two trips to the World next year - 8 nights at Easter, and 8 nights in September/October. After copious workings out, it seems that it would be cheaper for us to buy annual passes. My question is this though, when can we buy them for next year? (Info on the Disney site has only prices for 2005). And, will they start as soon as we purchase them (i.e. should we leave it as late as possible to buy them before we go at Easter)?

It would be preferable to me to buy them before we go to Florida, as I am a bit of a stresshead :scared: and wouldn't like to think of getting to Disney and not being able to get into a park because of no tickets!!

Any help gratefully received.

If you buy the AP now you would get a voucher (or a ticket order number) that gets activated at the guest services at the Themeparks when you arrive to use the ticket for the first time. It is good from that date of first use. The exception to this is if you are renewing an AP (at a discount), then the srart date on the renewal is the same day the old ticket expired . If you buy now you pay the advertised prices, if the prices go up, Disney honour the price you paid.

That is fantastic, Jana, thanks very much. It never occurred to me that it might work this way, that would be ideal. And I am so excited about getting to be an annual passholder!! :Pinkbounc

With regard to passholder discounts (on accommodation, etc.), do you get these straight away, or after your tickets have been activated?

Thanks again.
