Admission to City Walk is free... anyone can visit it. Admission to certain clubs however costs no matter what park annual pass you have.

The annual pass is for the parks. But the preferred will give you LOTS of discounts.

The flex pass gives u admission to citywalk after a certain time clubs do have a cover charge but flex pass gets u in and u can buy a party pass
