Annual Passes

Hi,

Bought annual passes back in December that we were going to use for the first time on a trip this July. Not sure if that trip will happen or not but i was wondering should we have received anything in the mail from the purchase? They were purchased on Disney’s website and i do have a confirmation from that to bring whenever we do first go to activate them.

As i said they have not been activated yet but my daughter (13yr old) seems to think we should have gotten a magnet or a magic band band where as i think i heard you don't get either of those until you activate the passes. Anyway while i know this is not anything important especially with all that is going on in the world right now i just promised her i would ask on here to see what people here know on this subject.

No, there's nothing you would need from the mail at this point. You will be able to activate the passes with the confirmation you got at the time of purchase. The AP magnet is usually sent sometime after you have activated the pass. You will also be able to choose your complimentary magicband through MDE once you have activated your pass.

I was very confused when I first bought my AP. There is a confirmation number or an order number in your MDE account, you just take that to guest services. I don't think it will matter when you activate it, but I might check into it just to make sure.
