We purchased annual passes during our last trip. We are currently looking to purchase DVC. Would we be eligible for the DVC annual pass discount? Would I be able to renew online? Our annual passes expire during our trip in August, I don't want this to screw up my fastpass selections.

Once you are a member, you could get the DVC AP renewal rate. You can renew online or call member services.

I'm thinking about getting Annual pass in November will they be good until the end of the following november or the exact day I purchased them?

When I upgraded to an AP in May on our trip I was advised that they were good 365 days from first use not purchase date.

That depends on how you buy the annual passes. If you buy them on site, they are effective that same day, even if you do not enter a park that day. They are technically good for 366 days, since they expire at park closing on the anniversary date.

If you buy online or by calling MS, you receive either an exchange certificate (sometimes referred to as a voucher) or a will-call number. Those must be activated at a Guest Relations location on site. The year (366 days) begins on the day you do the activation.

That's true when upgrading a ticket that you have already used. The Annual Pass will be valid from the day you first used that ticket.
