Hi my friend lives in France and is willing to get annual passes posted to her for me. Just wondering can I book this end with my card details and give her address or does it have to be a French credit card that matches billing address? Also how much is it for annual passes for 2 adults, 14 year old, 10 year old, 6 year old and 1 year old through Ce-multiavantages or promo parcs for French residents? Or any other sites to get cheaper annual dream passes?
Thanks.

Just a warning that Alice as Ce-multivantages has said that Disney will soon start checking that people have French Id when they are presenting the cheap AP's. Not sure if they actually will but this is what has been said. Alice will absolutely not send out AP's if she suspects they are going to be traded in by non french residents. From what I understand she is as risk of Disney refusing to trade with her any more if she were to do this. I would therefore suspect that using a UK card would lead her to check. My guess is that Promo parcs would be equally cautious.

Maybe it would not be an issue, but just wanted to give you a heads up:goodvibes

Also, pretty much always when I make an online cc payment, i have to enter the billing address which matches the card I'm using.

If you do go ahead, I think the offer is 179 euro for an adult AP and for each adult one you can also buy a childs one for 39 euro (child upto 12 year)

It is a bit of a grey area really and even if you are a resident of France, you could still quite easily have a passport from a different country. And whilst you may also have French ID, you would not necessarily always have it on you. What if you traveled from the South of France and had no id with you? I doubt they would refuse to accept the AP's. I think Disney will not be checking, and will be satisfied that their resellers are not selling to non French residents. I guess the few that are lucky enough to have friends or relatives in france that can order Ap's for them, will be the loophole :-)

She hasn't told me DLP were going to start checking your nationality. I honk that's very unfair of DLP especially after it wasn't that long ago they were on watchdog over the passes and said in there every offer was valid to all nations.

I just assumed it was a decision made my cemultiavantages.

Well, thats what she told me in an email? Promo parks are also no longer taking orders for the cheap AP's from non french residents. From what I understand these special offers were originally only meant for employees from organisations and other groups - not for private individuals. The likes of promoparcs and Ce multi were getting round this by charging a membership fee. I think Disney are just cracking down on the original rules behind these discounts :(

Thanks Addverbann. I understand where they are coming from. I think ill have to go with purchasing direct with Disney so :(
Pretty expensive!
