I saw the coupons for annual passes for 55.00each up to 6 people, is this true?
does anyone know the stipulations? :flower:

if thats the case it is actually better to purchase these than what they are offering now on their website...anyone know? :confused3

Sounds like the pass that you will still pay for parking and no discounts on food or merchandise and it probably has blackout periods.
Just a guess on my part, but if it is a real annual pass then where do i go to but vouchers for it!!! :cool2:

Is this a Florida thing? Where do you get the coupons? Is there an expiration date? How do you redeem them?

Thank you!

yes I am talking about universal.....why would anyone buy the deal they have now when they can use that coupon and just get annual passes with no blackout dates?
I found the coupons on ebay...so I couldn't read the fine print on them.

I noticed you mentioned eBay before about buying Disney tickets and others warned you not to. I would be very nervous about purchasing APs on eBay. Post the link so we can look at it. No one can advise you if we don't know what you are referring to. They could also be Celebrity annual passes which only allows you to go to Universal Studios (Orlando) but not Islands of Adventure. Or they could be for Universal Hollywood.

I just went back and looked at the coupons and it does say hollywood on it, I guess that doesn't go for orlando.....thanks for your help...

I am not buying tickets off ebay it is just a coupon...
it is cheaper to buy off the main websites than buy tickets from ebay anyways and yes I did heed their warning. :cool1:

that beginning statement almost took my breathe away.........annual pass for 55..........kewl

then i saw it was ebay, no way for me.

i have the universal fan club card and i get a lot of advertisments from universal for the hollywood one.

:rotfl: you and me both :rotfl: I was ready to buy them & save them for when mine expire in July... oh well, maybe there will be hope for the 2 for 1 again... (2 years for the price of 1). I know this year they did not do it & I thought it had something to do with NBC taking over .....maybe they will offer it again this summer

I bought my Universal APs through AAA South a couple of years ago for $99.95 but I had to make a trip to the office on Colonial Dr. in Orlando to purchase them. Since then I have been able to renew each year over the phone for the same price. Originally I bought them for my whole family, now I just renew mine whether I plan on using it or not. If I do use it the hotel and restaurant discounts pay for it. Next month I'm taking my son and a friend of his to the HRH for 4 days. I bought them a 5 (consecutive) day pass on the website for $99.95 and got a child pass for free (ones ten and one is still nine, almost ten so it was perfect for them). It works out to about $10/day.

By the way, the passes that came in the mail were 2 "guest" passes, no child passes. I've read others have the same experience, for this promo child and adult passes are actually the same thing.
