Annual Passes and Magic Bands

We just purchased our annual passes and recieved our vouchers, my question is when we get to Disney and activate them will we use magic bands or is the annual pass a card??

The annual pass is a card. You can order the magic bands. I don't use them but other family members have ordered them.

You do get a card when redeeming a voucher, I believe, but if/when you link either the voucher or your actual card ticket to your My Disney Experience account you will be given the option to order a MagicBand in the same fashion as a resort guest does online. It will be shipped to you with a nice little slider and your AP discount card, which you can use for parking and such (although the plastic ticket+ID is still acceptable as well).
