Annual pass

We bought annual passes for the first time this year...can we pick those up when we check in at animal kingdom lodge? 9
Or do we have to go to a ticket place? I'm assuming a ticket place, but hoping at the check in desk

The Resorts can not process APs. You will need to go to a Theme Park Ticket Window or a Guest Relations Location at a Theme Park or Downtown Disney.
