Yes, but not right now. I went through the same thing when I renewed our APs in October. I wasn't in a rush to do it so I tried renewing online for 3 days in a row, multiple times each day, and each time I received a server error. In the end I wound up calling to renew them. That was crazy in its own right as when I linked the confirmation numbers all of the passes (mine, daughter's, grandmother's) were assigned to me and the system wouldn't let me reassign them. I spent an hour on the phone with IT getting it straightened out.
