Annual pass room discounts for Dec

When do the annual pass room discounts get released for Oct-Dec or Jan?

Disney is the only one who really knows when discounts will come out. However, if we go by last year's discount timing, the AP discounts should be out for Oct/Nov/Dec on July 22nd or around that time.
