Annual pass room discount

We are thnking about getting annual passes this yr and then returning to the world 11 months later so effectivly getting 2 trips out of annual passes.
I have read on here about annual pass discounts for rooms - does thia apply to all resorts ??? is it a standard % off or is it like clubcard deals whre there are a crtain amount of rooms releasd at a reducd price ???

AP discounts are released quite late, they are not always available, and certain blackout dates apply. i believe they are normally for all the resorts, but again its subject to availability.
