With the annual passes that you get from disney after you sign your LOA are there black out dates when you can't use them? Also how does it work do you redeem the voucher the next time you visit the world?

Yes its just a voucher that you exchange when ever you want.

I don't think there are any blackout dates.

There are no blackout dates for Annual Passes (only Florida resident seasonal passes).

Like the above poster, there are no black-out dates for the regular Annual Passes, only for the speciality passes, such as the seasonal passes. And the annual passes are vouchers, so you can redeem them anytime you're down.
