Annual pass question

I was at disneyland yesterday and bought my first annual pass (yay!). Well, today I went to The DL website to add our passes to my profile and it says that they both expire May 19th! They shouldn't expire until Dec 31st 2014 - 1 year later, right?? I'm going to call them tomorrow but I wanted to see if this has ever happened to anyone else......

I suggest trying to add them again to your profile. I don't remember if more than one may be added, if so, only add yours and see how it goes. If that does not work enter your AP number in the AP link on the Disney site.
I have not had an issue with accessing the AP member information. I also did not do so the day after purchase. So perhaps it takes at least 24 to 48 hours to be recognized on line, just a thought.
If all else fails, call that dept in a day or two.
And yes, the annual pass is good for the entire year. So if you purchased one yesterday, it will be good through Dec. 31, 2014.

I tried that and still the same. It's true, maybe it just takes a few days. I will wait and if it doesn't change I'll call them for sure! Thanks for your reply!

Keep in mind if you upgraded from a hopper pass, it expires from the first day you used the hopper pass, not the day you upgraded.

Had you upgraded from a park hopper?
