Annual Pass Question

Hi fellow Canadians!
Anyone tried to purchase a regular AP from the internet? As a Canadian it tries to force me to buy a premium and when I try and pay for the regular AP it says this product is not allowed?

I've emailed WDW ticketing but wondering if anyone else has had this problem or has any advice?
