Hi I am thinking of getting an annual pass when we go to DLP next month. I have already paid for a 4 day hopper as apart of the package and I know I can up grade.

want I am wondering is if it worth buying the annual passes for myself and dd while we are on our trip as we know that we will be going again or should we leave untill are next trip?

or could I see if our TA can change are tickets to a AP?

Another question can if we buy the passes on are july visits will they be activated straight away or from the first time we use it?

If you buy them while you're there they will deduct the cost of any unused days left on your ticket from the cost of the pass so get it on your first day!
The pass is therefore activated straight away.

Hope this is helpful!

AFAIK you only got 1 days discount from the annual passport so that is a welcome change if you can used 3 of your remaing days.

Wideeyes, in my thread, dream or fantasy, Bonitatime suggested buying 1 dream and the rest fantasy passes. Sounds like a good idea, hope you get sorted.

yes thats a good idea, Does anyone know if there is a childs price could not see one on the link given on Tosty thread.

Thank you.

Sorry to throw a spanner in the works But If your hopper ticket is part of a package I don't think you can upgrade it. I'm sure I read that on another thread as someone tried to do it before. Tickets as part of a package only have a week's expiry.I'd wait till you next go.

Children's tickets are same price as adults.

That is what I thought, thank you.

sorry some more questions.

Can we pick up the forms while we are at DLP so we can buy before our next trip?

I am also wondering if I get the Dream pass for myself do you get to use the 10% discount at any hotel as it does not say selected hotels?

If this is the case if I had a dream pass and the rest of my family had fantasy pass would I still beable to use the discount for hotel for all of us? i.e can just one person have the dream pass?

also I can not decided which would be best bying 1 dream pass and 2 fantasy passes.

or buying 2 dream passes and then dd a fantasy pass. (mainly for the 20% discounts in restarants and shops as we could than have two days)

Sorry not to sure on that. Hope :goodvibes someone else can help

Yes you can pick up a from in the AP office to take with you
The discounts on hotals seem to vary from time to time. If you look at the AP magazine (Pm me and I will email you old ones) they seem to have new offers each quarter.
One dream pass is enough as long as the hotel is booked in the name of the dream pass holder.
You need to work out how much you will shop and if you will shop on more than one day and where you plan to eat for the number of dream passes.

Hi all,

Just had a call from my travel agent, who in turn has just been called by Disney UK. "Travel agents are now no longer able to buy annual passes. The customer must buy AP's, themselves."

Thought I would let you guys know. Hope I get some before we go in August!!

Thanks for posting :thumbsup2

Just to let you know they definately don't let you upgrade using a hopper pass from a hotel package I tried it in April and didn't work so I had to pay the full AP price on top of what I had already paid for my package oh well.
