Couple of Questions:

When you Purchase an Annual Pass . Does It Start From the Time of Purchase ?? . Or From the First time its scanned

Is it an accuall Ticket or A Magic Band ?

If I Get A Magic Band... Can the annuall Pass Be added to it as well?

It starts from the first day you use it.

You will get a discount card, a Magic Band, and a park ticket card.

You can add the AP to your account in MDE as soon as you pay for it, you don't have to wait until the first day you use it.

If you buy a voucher or do will call, the year starts when you go to guest relations to exchange it for the actual ticket & linked to your band.

It starts from the first day you use it.

Slight but important distinction - it starts when you first get the actual AP, which you do at a ticket booth or guest relations. Even if you don't enter a park that day. Some people pick it up at DTD so they can use it for discounts.

You will get a discount card, a Magic Band, and a park ticket card.

You will not get a discount card or MagicBand to start (unless it has changed recently), you will get the AP card, which will be used for park entrance, FP+, discounts, etc.

Once you have an activated AP, you can then go online and order your custom AP MagicBands. With THAT you'll get a discount card to show, and the AP card becomes redundant, but either will work. Of course, you won't have them for your first trip. You always have the option of buying a MagicBand.
