Annual Pass Pick-up at MK

We need to pick up an annual pass and one ticket purchased online. Will we be able to do that at the Ticket and Transportation Center before MK rope drop? Or at the guest relations window at the Magic Kingdom? I couldn't find any info about when they open. Should we be concerned about long lines?

The TTC ticket booths should be open at least 90 minutes before the park opens.

Guest Relations and the ticket booth by the main entrance should open around the same time. They have to be there to help anyone who might have a problem trying to get in for a PPO ADR.

I have redeemed an AP voucher at both- but the last time I got one, turned out that you can redeem it at the ticket PURCHASING windows, too. No waits!

I activated my AP at MK guest relations window, it was sort of mid afternoon so there was a pretty long wait, maybe 1 hour? I've also activated it at the ticket windows at Epcot, it was just a walk up. My son activated his military vouchers at AK, again at the ticket window super easy and at the IG in Epcot, easiest of all. I think the ticket windows tend to be less crowded.
