Annual Pass Perk Question

So, If I have a DLR Premium Annual Pass does that include any perks in Florida or on DCL?? If I have a WDW annual Pass does that include perks in DLR or DCL??

No,,,I was at the turnstiles at AK one morning and a lady was from CA and had an AP from DL and was told no perks from WDW apply. But I love their AP's,,,,,they are hard plastic and have your picture on them. ºOº
