Sorry, but AP'ers are not immune to finger scan problems. I got an AP for my 16 day trip in December, and I got denied EVERY time I tried to get in, and it's not because I didn't know how it worked. My scan kept having to be reset. One CM told me my finger was "too small". Don't know if that was really the issue, but all I know is that the machine clearly did not like my finger. We're considering another trip in October, and I'll bet I'm gonna have the same problems!
Forget the pregnancy tests, just go to Disney and see if your biometric scan works!
Meaning, if this isn't life or death I am gonna be so pissed that this is taking so long.
Can't anyone do anything right????!!!! And they don't stop to consider that it isn't the person's fault.
