For those that went to WDW between Dec 23 and Jan 1, do you remember if you received a discount on your room using your Annual Pass? I can't find any info on that, it seems that the room rates are full price at that time. Am I wrong?
I think Disney considers that holiday/peak season (because of the Christmas and New Year holidays), so discounts may be very hard to come by. Also, the parks will probably be pretty crowded at that time. I would wait until maybe August or Sept., then call Disney's 800# and ask for any discounts they may have available. Also, log onto mousesavers.com and allearsnet.com (sometimes they'll have discounts listed that the CM's don't know or tell you about). Good luck!
We were at WDW from 12/26-1/1 and no discount was available for AP holders. We had to pay the rack rate. Even AAA had no discount for that time. No need for discounts if they can fill the rooms without one. And believe me, the parks were packed although our hotel never seemed overly crowded.
