Annual Pass Holders Question??

I have an annual pass that expires on May 17th 2005. I would thinking of upgrading it to the premuim pass. which I was told I could do no problem.......

now, If I do do that....would it still expire on May 17th? or would it expire the day I would upgrade it??

Has anyone ever done this before??

I think it would still be tied to your original pass, but I could be mistaken. My family was in WDW during Columbus Day week. We purchased passes for 6 days. On the last day we upgraded to Annual Passes. The AP now expires on the date we first used our 6 day pass, one year later. I would think that Disney would be consistent when it comes to upgrading passes.

Upgrading to a PAP will be no problem, but they will charge you the full difference and your pass will still expire on May 17th . At least that's how it was explained to me when I tried to upgrade to a PAP with only a month left on my regular APs.
