Annual Pass early entrance to DHS

I’ve read a few references that say that AP holders will have early access to DHS. Is this true? If so, what are the hours and how will this affect our plan as far as rope dropping, TSM, SDD, and AS2? We have a PPO ADR for H&V and also want to sign up for the Jedi Training. I’m reconsidering H&V because now it might be a detriment to getting a good time for Jedi Training and riding the rides before the lines get excessive. Any feedback is appreciated.

There will be a Passholder event for Toy Story for several mornings in September. Honestly if I were you I wouldn't change my plans because of it. I don't expect it to have a significant impact on wait times

Dates are every Tuesday, Wed, Thur, Friday, & Sat 9/4-9/29 (no events on Sundays or Mondays). Time slots are 7am-8am and 8am-9am.

We are trying to avoid the passholder days which leaves us with the EMH day. We booked a last minute trip and don't have FP+ for TSL. We are going to try to get there early to be in the first group of people into the land. If the passholders are already in the land then that ruins this advantage. I guess we will see after 9/4.
