Annual Pass Disney Quest & water parks?

I know that they sold in the past an annual pass for both water parks combined with Disney Quest does anyone know if this is still available. I couldn't find anything about this anywhere. I know this has been said a million times but I wish you could use Disney Quest as a plus on your passes. Our last visit we used the FITS passes and went to Disney quest three times. My kids love it there. Gina
