Annual Pass Confusion!

Hello!
The time has come to order our APs for our trip in December. However, as always, I have a few questions...

1) Since I printed the form, the price of APs has gone up by 10euro, but I can't find a new form with the correct price on. Shall I just send off the old form but with the correct amount in the payment box?

2) I have looked on the French Disneyland site and with the help of Google Chome translation it looks as though I can order fully made up Fantasy/Dream APs straight from the website, but there is no Francillien option.

3) The original plan was to get Francillien APs, but we are now considering wether or not the Dream AP would be better with the added benefit of 20% off and 10% at Rainforest Cafe and EoS.

I've read through the AP thread but can't find anything to help with this predicament, so sorry if it's already been said and i've missed it!

You need to order via post unless you live in France. The Ba has done a great thread which is in the useful info sticky (can't link as I'm on my phone, sorry) and that has a link to the new form which is the one you must post (AP office said it had to be the new form when I enquired).
Maybe get one Dream AP for discounts and the rest Francilien or Fantasy.
Did you check your dates to see which type you need to cover your days in the park? Dlpguide.com has a blackout day calendar. Or are you onsite?

Okay, thanks that explains why there's no mention of ordering online!
I've been following TheBA's thread and that's where I got the form, so maybe the correct price is 119euro and not 129 like I thought.
We have decided to both get francillien as we won't make back the price difference in discounts and it saves confusion when buying things.
We're staying onsite so blackout days aren't an issue
