Annual Pass/Birthday question

We're going to Disney for my birthday later this month. However, we live in Florida and have annual passes, so what will happen? I don't need to get in free on my birthday, but I will have a bunch of family in town and would love to lessen the cost for them. Will they give me a voucher that I can use on something else, like a ticket for my mom?
