Annual Pass and MYW ticket credit question

Our annual passes ran out in October and we are going back in December and trying to figure out three things
One- I have 4 unused one day MYW tickets I got from our October trip- I got them as I booked a MYW trip with One day tickets as it was an amazing bouceback deal I got on a business trip in March 10. (I know why not DVC it-we were saving our points for Dec and this bounce back deal was much better then DVC cash rates)
Can I use the cost of the 4 one day MYW tickets towards new annual pass tickets?

Two - I have 4 -10 day tickets from 2007 that have the no expiration option each with 6 days on it left. Can I use these days/costs towards a new annual pass

Three-I have 4 two day complimentary tickets from a resort manager (long story but we deserved and more I thought at the time). They look like MYW tickets but say complimentary on them- Can I use these toward annual passes?

As long as you are using them toward 4 APs, then yes. You can only use 1 ticket in an upgrade situation - 1 for 1 only.

Nope, not at all. Once a ticket is 14 days past its first use, it is not upgradeable, despite its expiration status. (this isn't true for...I think military special passes)

Complimentary tickets cannot be upgraded.
