Annual Pass and Fastpass

We have annual passes - they are linked to our MDX account......but I still can't get options for fastpasses after 30 days? Help?? Is there a trick I'm missing? We do have trip booked in June - is that the issue maybe? Any advice or guidance is greatly appreciated.

You are suppose to get up to 7 days in a 30 day period. You only get to book in the 60 day window if you are staying on site.
