Annual pass and fast pass+

We are staying offsite at Bonnet Creek and thinking about getting annual passes. With the annual passes we will plan to go next year prior to the annual pass expiring. I know staying off property means that I cannot make fast passes until 30 days out. I am thinking of booking one night at a Disney resort prior to our stay at Bonnet Creek...hoping this would allow me to make fastpasses 60 days out. Will this work or not since I will have annual passes linked to our account?

So... I can only make fastpasses for 7 days out with an annual pass? What if I had a 10 day ticket added to that 1 night at a Disney resort? Would that allow me to book FP for 10 days out?

A 10-day ticket would allow FPs for 10 park days booked at 60 days out from each park day.
