Annual pass and EMH?

I read that if you want to take advantage of the Extra Magic hour you need a magic your way ticket. What if you have an annual pass can you still get the Extra Magic hour? I am staying at a disney resort too.

AS long as you have a pass and you are staying at a WDW resort, you have access to EMH
