Annual pass 366 days?

It looks like we can use our annual passes on the day that is exactly a year from first use. That is, if we first used them on Jan 6, 2025, we can use them on Jan 6, 2026. Is that definitely correct?

I may very well renew them or not even go during that period, but I like to know the options and don't want an unpleasant surprise.

On a side note, there will be one-day Epic tickets in early January, right?

The wallet in the UO App will tell you the exact expiration date - it is valid on the expiration date.

Our first day of use was 16 Sept 25 and the last day is 15 Sept 26 according to the app

Yes it is usually good on the same date the next year - check the app as a PP stated.

So if you activate it on Oct 1 2025 it should be good on Oct 1 2026.

I usually access my account on a tablet or computer via the website and not the app, and my ticket there doesn't show the expiration date. But we should be able to check the app. Thanks.

It also still has my first name spelled wrong on my AP despite having called to correct it many months ago and of course giving them my correct name and my credit card when I bought it. I didn't realize it was wrong until I added my AP to my account to buy an Epic ticket. It hasn't caused any problems, but I wonder about renewal.

Probably best to stop into guest services next time you are in the parks and have them sort it for you.
email support is pretty much useless AI as far as I can tell - or at least people processing the emails with ChatGPT

Calling in is usually pretty good as well - but in person might be best.

Also even though the fix things on their side sometimes its not displayed fixed in the app,
For example I had them fix my AP to add three months when there was a special promotion and it never displayed correctly in the app but I got my three free months
