Annual Neighborhood PigFest 2009

My weiner dog won't go in anyones hot dog bun.:sad2:

You had better be glad you weren't in Auburn when I was there! The local Mexican restaurant was nicknamed LaDogesta, and it earned that name honestly! It was busted, not once, but TWICE for having an inside agreement with the local shelter. I knew it was a bargain to go there....but ewww.

That's sad and gross!

I could probably eat a cat....probably have in my fwied wice numbah too without knowing it.

They eat dogs in Korea. They tenderize them "on the hoof" - a particularly brutal practice.

In the 80s there was a series of videos called FACES OF DEATH...and in one of the volumes, some people went to some foreign restaurant where they stuck a monkey's head through a hole in the center of the table and the customers beat the monkey in the head with these cute little hammers until he quit screaming and spinning around. Then they opened the skull and started eating the brain....like 4 people....eating one little raw monkey brain....how filling. Im assuming that was the appetizer....how appetizing is THAT???? They didnt show what the entrees were....but later in the video, a guy got eaten by a gator...it was kinda like revenge for the monkey in my mind.

I love roasted pig - very tasty! However, I must agree with some of the others. I can't look at my food in it's "natural and once-live" form. Animals belong under plastic wrap, WITHOUT their heads! :lmao: Dh thinks I'm ridiculous too, but he knows to bring venison home already butchered and wrapped!
