I just bought DVC in November and paid dues for 2015 at closing. I don't see a breakdown of the annual dues I paid at closing. How is everyone figuring how much property taxes to include for tax purposes? Does Member Administration have this?

On the website, under My Membership -> Annual Dues, you can print your dues statement, which breaks out the tax portion.

Also, if you paid the 2015 dues recently at closing, then the only thing you can get now in your account is the estimate for 2015 taxes. Right after the end of 2015, Disney will provide you a new annual dues statement for 2016 and on it will be the actual taxes paid in 2015, which you will use for tax purposes.

As drusba said, if you did not pay any part of the 2014 dues then you don't have anything to consider for your 2014 tax return. Your 2015 dues includes estimated property taxes for 2015. When you get your 2016 dues bill at the end of Dec 2015, it will list the actual property taxes paid in 2015, which will differ a bit from the estimate. If the estimate was too high, you will get a credit against your 2016 dues. If the estimate was too low, they will add a lump sum to your 2016 dues. It is this Actual Property Tax amount that you can use next year on your 2015 taxes, depending upon your individual tax situation.
