Annual Dues still cannot pay online????/

This is a bit ridiculous.......tried to pay last evening, this afternoon and now this evening.......we all have better things to do!!!!!!

Hopefully this will be resolved sooooon.
 
Tell me about it! I have tried 3 times today (early morning, late morning and afternoon) and still got the "sorry" message with the "Submit Payment" button. Really, really frustrating!
 
I tried all last week...I finally had to call and after waiting about 15 minutes I got through to accounting...UNBELIEVABLE!:confused3
 

Yeah... same here.
Tried during the weekend didn't work.
Emailed MS and received an answer 2 days later saying that it should work now.
Tried it again still don't work... urgh...
 
I agree seems they don't want us to pay.
 
Glad I read this post! I paid a few days ago online and got a 'thanks you'll get an email confirmation' and then got the 'sorry, page not available' routine.
Nothing has shown up on my CC and no email from Disney. They should be embarrased over the shoddy and behind the times computer systems they are running!
 
I paid mine last Friday and had no problem, took 5 minutes in all!
 
I paid my dues online at the beginning of the week. I still have not received email confirmation of the payment, however I checked with my credit card company and the charge has gone through.

How long did it take to show up on your CC? It's been 3 days and I'm not seeing any charges from DVC on my CC yet. I'd hate to repay again and have 2 annual dues taken out.
 
I gave up on both the website and Member Accounting. Used snail mail instead. Will watch my credit card to make sure it gets charged before the February "late" date.
 
I had a hard time- got the sorry message..tried 1 more time and I got a payment confirmation page! :)
 
I paid mine online last night. I was able to get all the way through, and got the confirmation page.

When I tried to get the Printer Friendly Version, I got the page not found error.

Luckily that page opened in a new window, and I was able to print out the "non-printer friendly version" confirmation page.

I did receive my email about 5 minutes after I submitted the payment, and it had all of the same information as the web page.

don't know if this will help, but I cannot pay my dues online if I use Mozilla instead of IE. When I use IE, it goes right through. Good luck!
