Annual dues , deadline for payment setup

I made on offer and the projected closing date is Jan 13th. The broker said that 2023 dues will not be due at closing if it closes before the deadline to set up monthly payments. What is the deadline?

I know that closings starting in mid December have to pay dues at closing. I am not positive but I also thought closings up until January 15th also required it.

I saw this in one of the facebook groups:

I just received a notice from Disney there will be no properties transferred 12/6/22 – 12/18/22. Also all properties closing in December have to pay 2023 dues in full

The reason for no transfers is because the CMs are all assigned to getting the 2023 bills and accounts set for all owners.

But thank you clarifying it’s only until end of December, not into January like I thought!

Once you have your account set up and access, you can go in and set up the monthly option
