Yep- and that's just what I've put in this chart. I will update the other resorts as the information becomes available to me. Right now I only know SSR ($4.12) and OKW ($4.40 - actually $4.3983).

Sorry, Doc. I must have misread the chart. I thought I read the $4.12 figure to be for BCV, not SSR. My mistake. Thanks for the great work!!!!

Seriously, I think they are just mailing them out in the order of the annual meetings.

As early as late last week and continuing into this week, OKW and SSR members have been receiving mailings as to the upcoming meetings. The proposed new annual dues are included in these notices.

yes we recieved out the annual SSR mailing listing the dues for the coming year in advance of the yearly meeting.

Waiting on the VWL and BCV ones still.

Received BWV's today. Estimated operating budget $3.5138 + reservers budget $0.5765 + estimated taxes $1.0208 = $5.1111.

Did the housekeeping staff get a new contract? I ask since the largest jump between last and this year, a $577,644 increase, front desk/administration costs went down $631,032 this year.

Vero dues are $5.6272 for owners purchased on or after 1/1/06 and $4.3886 if purchased prior.

Just got my BWV notice, total dues should read $4.8512. $5.11 did not include the credit for developer subsidy, interest income, member late fees and breakage income. Increase 3.4%. Much better!

Hey you number crunching experts, I have a question.

I bought a resale VB around Aprilish this year, but the original owner owned for many years. Will I be charged the subsidized or non-subsidized fees?

P.S. The Reason I ask this, is my club ID for OKW reads Member since 1992, even though I purchased it as a resale in 2000ish.
