When I went to Disney in 1997, I was staying with my family at the All-Star Music.
At the same time, there were tours going on with people from Brazil. They were all teens and young adults. I don't know how many seperate groups there were, but each had about 30 people. A lot of then were staying at the All-Star. Everyhere I went I saw them, in the parks, in the hotel. All they would do is sing native songs and whistle. I don't think I would have minded so much, but they would do this thing where they would get one member to wait on a long line, and then suddenly reappear when that peson got to the front. The Disbey employees didn't do anything.
One time we got on the bus and about 10 of them were on the back, and were chanting some obnoxious music. What a pain it was. They finally left, 2 days before I was leaving.

It is annoying to be waiting for an attraction to start (I remember this very well from Universal Studios) and a CM is trying to explain directions and the tour groups aren't even listening, but talking to each other in their native tongue. I realize many of them probably don't speak English but the tour guide should instruct them all to be quiet when the CM is speaking to the group.
